Daria Chmyl is originally from Tavriysk, Ukraine. It is on a border with picturesque Crimea Peninsula, south from the capital of the country, Kiev. With a university degree in languages she moved to United States when she was only 18 years old to Myrtle Beach, SC. Within a short period of time, working in the service industry, she was offered a job on the beautiful paradise island of Key West, Fl. Continuing her way up in the hospitality business she moved up into a bar manager position in the heart of Key West. After successfully moving up and learning the hospitality business, as well as working with people and enjoying interaction and communication with visitors, she realized that she could go even further with her passion of helping people and making them happy. So she turned her focus to another people business and began her career in real estate. She studied the business and easily passed the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Examination. Anja Buetergerds is originally from Schüttorf, Germany. It's a charming town near the Netherlands border, in the North West of Germany, about 40 minutes due west of Osnabrück. Anja moved to Los Angeles, CA where she met her husband John. While in Los Angeles, Anja worked as an Executive Assistant for a private commercial property asset & management firm in Los Angeles. During this time she learned the ins and outs of managing and making property investments. Upon relocating to Sarasota, FL in 2006, Anja promptly took on a career as a Florida REALTOR® obtaining her license in February 2007. Anja notes, " I have a passion for helping people find the home they want within their budget.
