Also this weekend the Suncoast Charities for Children are putting on the Sarasota Powerboat Grand Prix. There are a lot of events for this so they are also listed below as well.
Sarasota (fireworks and the Sarasota Grand Prix):
July 3rd - Nathan Benderson Park is having a Fireworks Spectacular from 6-10 pm including fireworks, food, events, and live music.
July 3rd – Sarasota Grand Prix Festival Kickoff Party at Van Wezel. It is a ticketed event and runs from 6 pm to 10 pm
July 4th - Night time brings the Fireworks Spectacular over Sarasota Bay at 9 pm. Downtown.
July 5th – Meet and greet whose in the driver seat. This is at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom from 1:30 to 3 pm
July 5th – Boats on the Block party. This is on Main Street from Orange Ave to Gulfstream and S Palm Ave in down town from 6 pm to 10 pm
July 6th - Car and Motorcycle shoe at Rossiters Harley-Davidson on Cattleman from 9am to 1 pm
July 6th – Race the Racer – at O’Leary Tiki Bar and Grill from 10 am to 12 pm
July 7th – Power Boat Races - Lido Beach from 10 am to 4 pm.
The 29th Annual 4th of July Fireworks Display at 9 pm.
Bradenton and Palmetto:
Fireworks display over Manatee River - Manatee Riverwalk waterfront at 9 pm. On the Palmetto side, these can be seen from the Boat dock area near the bridge.
Anna Maria Island:
Annual Sandbar Restaurant Fireworks Spectacular at dusk.
The Venice area Fireworks are fired from the South Venice Jetty shortly after 9 pm.
15th Annual Freedom Festival will be held at the Cool Today Park and begins at 4 pm - Fireworks at 9 pm.
Fourthfest 2019 will be held at Laishley Park beginning at 11 am - Fireworks at 9 pm.
